Welcome to Crumb. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so we’ve made our returns and refunds process as simple as possible.

Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at sourdoughcrumb@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If anything in your kit arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Please contact us at sourdoughcrumb@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the damaged item

  • a brief description of the issue

We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted, non-defective items.
If the product is defective, Crumb will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will send you the return address and instructions

  4. Pack your item securely and post it back to us
